This week, we’re featuring and celebrating entrepreneurs as a part of Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) 2023.

Entrepreneurship is not a path for the faint of heart. Building a successful business takes courage, determination, and hard work. Entrepreneurs make our world a better place. We create jobs, drive economic growth, and innovate new products and services. We are also the ones who are constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible and who are helping to build a better future for all of us. We embody the spirit of Achieving Beyond!

Entrepreneurs are role models. You show us that achieving our dreams and making a difference in the world is possible.

Entrepreneurs inspire us. Your stories motivate us to pursue our passions and to start our businesses.

Entrepreneurs make us all better off. You create jobs, drive economic growth, and innovate new products and services that improve our lives.

Entrepreneurship is an incredibly rewarding experience. is there anything more gratifying than seeing your vision come to life and positively impact the world?

The Achieve Beyond! community is part of our ongoing commitment to entrepreneurs. It is a safe, supportive environment that offers networking resources and constantly recognizes entrepreneurial success.

Today, we celebrate entrepreneurs everywhere. We honor their hard work, dedication, and contributions to our society.

There are far too many reasons to celebrate entrepreneur’s contributions to society, but we’ve chosen a few key examples below:

  • Innovation: Entrepreneurs are the driving force behind innovation. They are constantly coming up with new ideas and developing new products and services. For example, Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak founded Apple Computer in 1976 to develop and sell personal computers. Today, Apple is one of the most successful companies in the world, and its products have revolutionized how we live and work.
  • Job creation: Entrepreneurs are responsible for creating new jobs. In fact, small businesses account for most of the new job creation in the United States. For example, Elon Musk founded Tesla in 2003 to develop and sell electric cars. Today, Tesla is one of the leading electric car companies in the world, and it employs over 100,000 people.
  • Economic growth: Entrepreneurs drive economic growth. They start new businesses, which create jobs and generate revenue. For example, Oprah Winfrey started her own production company in 1986. Today, Winfrey is one of the most successful businesswomen in the world, and her company has generated billions of dollars in revenue.

While we celebrate entrepreneurs, here are ways we all can continue to support entrepreneurs post-GEW:

  • Shop at small businesses. When you shop at small businesses, you are supporting entrepreneurs directly.
  • Invest in startups. If you have the resources, you can invest in startups. This can help them to grow and create jobs.
  • Mentor young entrepreneurs. If you have the experience and knowledge, you can mentor entrepreneurs. This can help them to avoid mistakes and succeed.
  • Advocate for entrepreneurs. You can advocate for entrepreneurs by supporting policies supporting small businesses.

Entrepreneurs are the unsung heroes of our society. They create jobs, drive innovation, and solve problems. Please join us in celebrating their (your!) hard work and dedication this week and beyond.
