Cindy Fields is the visionary Founder and President of Loyalty Alliance, Inc., a firm dedicated to providing the customized services and specialized financial solutions demanded by successful businesses and sophisticated individuals to grow, protect, and enjoy their wealth. With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Cindy has held key roles in merchant banking, venture capital, investment banking, and wealth advisory services at prestigious institutions such as Hamilton Robinson & Co., Wagner Stott & Co., and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Her expertise spans wealth preservation, risk management, investments, insurance, venture capital, private equity, and entrepreneurial empowerment.

In 2003, Cindy founded Loyalty Alliance to redefine financial services by combining the personalized approach of traditional private banking with innovative solutions tailored to 21st-century business needs and contemporary lifestyles. The firm specializes in Business Protection, Personal & Legacy Planning, and Income Protection using domestic and international insurance products. Creative Lending solutions are also offered.

Cindy’s entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond Loyalty Alliance. She is the co-founder and chairperson of Zikhara [www.zikhara.com], a groundbreaking B2B platform that fosters collaboration among entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, and other high achievers. This secure ecosystem, called Achieve Beyond!, enables users to share insights, access curated resources, and build relationships. Known affectionately as the “Business Fairy Godmother” by the Zikhara community, Cindy takes pride in helping others achieve their dreams through strategic connections and innovative solutions.

Cindy holds an impressive array of professional designations and academic qualifications, including the following: Certified Wealth Preservation Planner (CWPP); Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®); Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP); Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC); Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC); Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU); Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC); and, Registered Health Underwriter (RHU).

She earned a BA in History and an MA in Social Studies from the University at Albany, as well as an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business. Cindy also holds multiple insurance licenses that enable her to address diverse risk management needs worldwide.

Community Involvement:

A proud native New Yorker, Cindy is deeply engaged in her community. She is a member of the National Arts Club and Penn Club and serves on the Executive Committee of the Foreign Press Association and the Board of Governors of the Foreign Press Foundation. Additionally, she holds the title of Special Advocate for the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association (MLBPAA). A former competitive ballroom dancer, Cindy continues to bring passion and precision to all her endeavors.
