Barbara found her way into the construction business enduring endless harassment and discrimination when it was rampant in the 1970s and she achieved great success. But she says her experiences harmed her irreparably and she doesn’t want that happening to other women who dare to enter this industry.
While she worked in construction and RE Development for 40 years, her aspiration is to help women avoid their fate through encouragement, mentoring, and education and to help get more women doing this lucrative and rewarding work.
